Our online or in-person 800 hour course includes the 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved yoga teacher training (YTT) course, and our 100 hour neuro-somatic courses in mindfulness meditation, yin yoga, breathwork, yoga reflexology, and Ayurvedic herbalism. The course includes evidence-based neuro-somatic coaching techniques and assessments. The neuro-somatic training is approved for University of Arizona CEUs. The certificate course is available online or through our in-person training retreats. Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a 200 hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Continuous enrollment is available.

*The online course includes a minimum of 40 live interactive video training hours.

The in-person trainings are held at our partnered luxury resort in the Catalina foothills of Tucson, AZ. An additional distant learning format is included to complete the 200 hour training.

The course involves training in traditional yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, neuroscience and somatic therapies. Trauma-sensitive invitational language coaching techniques are entailed, assessments and customized coaching instruction is detailed. The focus of this training is to assist the client in transforming their lives through fascia tension release, increasing neuroplasticity by strengthening the vagus nerve within the parasympathetic nervous system, to reduce stress, trauma and anxiety, while utilizing interoception awareness techniques.
