Rehya is the primary instructor, a Yoga Alliance 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, with over 20,000 hours and over 30 years of yoga, holistic health, neuroscience and somatic training and related teaching experience. She has completed graduate studies in Psychology, Business, Environmental Science, Ayurveda, and Oriental Medicine, including advanced training in bodywork, clinical herbalism and clinical nutrition which led to a designation as a naturopathic and holistic health practitioner. Rehya has chosen to focus her yoga practice on nervous system regulation, trauma and stress release. She is passionate about assisting others and sharing her knowledge of yoga, meditation, holistic health, nutrition, herbalism, raw vegan science, neuroscience and somatic therapy. These practices have greatly assisted her with anxiety she experienced as a young adult, during postpartum two decades ago, and during her recent grief due to a sudden tragic death of a family member, while dealing with the effects of perimenopause. Rehya has accumulated many years of scientific research for her upcoming PhD psychology dissertation in neuro-somatic therapy.
