Learn Neuro-Somatic Ayurvedic & TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Herbalism through our Yoga Alliance CE 100 hour course, available through in-person or distance learning modules with live video instruction. Ongoing enrollment is available. *This course also includes 6 University of Arizona CEUs

The in-person training retreat is a 1 day intensive, available monthly our partnered luxury resort in Tucson, AZ. An additional distant learning format is included to complete the 100 hour training.

The course involves training in Ayurveda traditional herbal medicine and assessments, as it relates to neuro-somatic plant medicine. The science-based training is designed to identify and utilize nervine herbs that relaxes the nervous system, by strengthening the vagus nerve within the parasympathetic nervous system, to reduce stress, tension and anxiety, while utilizing somatic based interoception and exteroception awareness techniques.

*Course hours are less than 200 hours, therefore, course completion does not result in eligibility for teacher registration with Yoga Alliance
